Responsibilities

• Create and edit resource records.
• Manage approvals and publishing.
• Own organization and Ranger roles.

Cross-system boundaries

• Pathfinder owns write operations for resources.
• Rangefinder is read-only and displays approved public data.
• Scrapers ingest draft resources for Pathfinder review.
