What is an Organization?
In the CRM system, an Organization represents a service provider that:
- Offers programs and services to clients
- Manages resources (housing, food, energy assistance, etc.)
- Receives referrals from caseworkers
- Tracks service delivery and outcomes
Your Role: Organization Administrator
As an Org Admin, you have the ability to:
- ✅ Manage your organization's profile and information
- ✅ Create and manage resources (programs/services)
- ✅ Review and respond to referrals
- ✅ Manage users within your organization
- ✅ View reports and analytics for your organization
Getting Started
Step 1: Log In
- Access the CRM at
https://pathfinder.rangelab.io/crm/login - Use your organization administrator credentials
- You'll be taken to your dashboard
Step 2: Understand Your Dashboard
Upon logging in, you'll see:
- Organization Overview - Key metrics about your organization
- Pending Referrals - Referrals awaiting your review
- Active Resources - Your organization's programs
- Team Members - Users in your organization
- Quick Actions - Common tasks
Step 3: Explore Main Sections
