Welcome to the CRM Dashboard! This guide will help organization administrators get started with managing your organization, resources, and team.

What is an Organization?

In the CRM system, an Organization represents a service provider that:

  • Offers programs and services to clients
  • Manages resources (housing, food, energy assistance, etc.)
  • Receives referrals from caseworkers
  • Tracks service delivery and outcomes

Your Role: Organization Administrator

As an Org Admin, you have the ability to:

  • ✅ Manage your organization's profile and information
  • ✅ Create and manage resources (programs/services)
  • ✅ Review and respond to referrals
  • ✅ Manage users within your organization
  • ✅ View reports and analytics for your organization

Getting Started

Step 1: Log In

  1. Access the CRM at https://pathfinder.rangelab.io/crm/login
  2. Use your organization administrator credentials
  3. You'll be taken to your dashboard

Step 2: Understand Your Dashboard

Upon logging in, you'll see:

  • Organization Overview - Key metrics about your organization
  • Pending Referrals - Referrals awaiting your review
  • Active Resources - Your organization's programs
  • Team Members - Users in your organization
  • Quick Actions - Common tasks

Step 3: Explore Main Sections

Navigate through the main menu:

  • Resources - Manage your organization's programs and services
  • Referrals - Review and manage incoming referrals
  • Clients - View clients connected to your organization
  • Admin (if applicable) - Organization management tools

Key Responsibilities

Managing Resources

Your organization's resources are the programs and services you offer. You can:

  • Create new resources
  • Update existing resources
  • Set eligibility requirements

Managing Referrals

Referrals are requests from caseworkers to connect clients with your resources. You can:

  • Review incoming referrals
  • Accept or deny referrals
  • Update referral status
  • Add notes and communicate with caseworkers

Managing Your Team

As an organization administrator, you can:

  • Add new users to your organization
  • Assign roles (caseworker, org_admin)
  • Remove users when needed

Organization Administrator (Org Admin)

  • Full access to your organization's data

Caseworker

  • Can create referrals for clients
  • Can view clients in your organization
  • Cannot manage resources or users
  • Limited to their assigned caseload
