The Documents module stores, tracks, and links files to participants and workflows.

Typical workflow

  1. Upload a document with clear title and type.
  2. Link it to the right entity (client, referral, intake, etc.).
  3. Review status and required follow-ups.
  4. Use versions/history when updates are needed.

File quality tips

  • Use consistent naming conventions.
  • Avoid duplicate uploads of the same document.
  • Mark stale or superseded files clearly.

Common issues

  • Upload failed: Check file size/type restrictions.
  • Cannot view document: Verify role permissions and organization scope.
