The Documents module stores, tracks, and links files to participants and workflows.

Typical workflow
- Upload a document with clear title and type.
- Link it to the right entity (client, referral, intake, etc.).
- Review status and required follow-ups.
- Use versions/history when updates are needed.
File quality tips
- Use consistent naming conventions.
- Avoid duplicate uploads of the same document.
- Mark stale or superseded files clearly.
Common issues
- Upload failed: Check file size/type restrictions.
- Cannot view document: Verify role permissions and organization scope.
