CRM Core is the daily workspace for staff and caseworkers.

What it includes

• Dashboard (/crm)
• Tasks (/tasks)
• Events (/events)
• Resource Navigator (/resource-navigator)

Typical workflow

1. Open the dashboard to review priorities.
2. Check tasks due today and update statuses.
3. Review upcoming events and assignments.
4. Use Resource Navigator when a quick search across tools is needed.

Common issues

• I cannot access a module: Your org tier or enabled modules may not include it.
• I see empty lists: Check filters and date ranges first.
• I was redirected to login: Your session likely expired; sign in again.
